Loft Jack is not a rotating “certified staff.” The same three people have turned bolts in Suite 3 since the shop found this address. If a fourth name is on the Saturday stub, that is Cal covering the noon close — still a North Side regular, not a seasonal hire from a chain.
Sleeve lead
Grew up on Polish Hill watching a parent clock in at a fabrication shop that no longer exists. Wren treats a hosel ring like a small machine: seats, torque, witness marks. If the hoop and the click disagree, Wren hunts the adapter before hunting the golfer.
Wrench keeper
Lawrenceville. Keeps the pegboard honest. Knows which OEM hex is a cousin of which and which is a trap. Dino will stop a session for a rounded bolt faster than anyone in the room, which is why we still have adapters that turn.
Launch sheet
East Allegheny native. Writes the carbon copies, the humidity line, and the window the hoop actually printed. If a number looks like a hero swing, Marisol strikes it and asks for the cluster. The fridge copies people keep are in her hand.
Saturday cover
Millvale. Covers the 8:00 to noon window when Wren is out. Same sequence, same torque spec, same refusal to rush a pair after nine. Not a different shop on Saturday — just a shorter clock.
Who is not here
If a manufacturer’s van is parked on East Ohio, it is not ours. We do not host launch weeks. The wrenches on the pegboard are tools, not a sales kit. That is a choice we made in 2014 and have not regretted on a single carbon copy.
